Ponche de Leche

I found this drink in Cusco and fell in love with it.
This is one version I will add another later.

2 cups hot milk
1/2 cup of Pisco
1 egg
honey or sugar to taste

Place all ingredients into a blender and whip

Pour into a glass and add a dash of cinnamon for garnish

  1. We had Ponche de Leche on the street that was made with almond milk and had vanilla...and a bit of fresh nutmeg...YUM!
